Skill Requirements: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, particularly in service portal development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is essential for developing and customizing service portal pages and widgets. Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow development best practices is highly desirable. Possession of a valid ServiceNow Portal Developer certification is mandatory to demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing service portal pages and widgets within the ServiceNow platform. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required to ensure a solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and software development principles.
