Position: Sr. Data Analyst Location: Onsite At Jacksonville, Florida (ONSITE) Duration of Assignment: 18 months VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mode of interview consists in a couple of rounds: one with me and my manager or internal technical team, one with client (these 2 will be via Microsoft Teams, audio and video), client can ask for in person interview; Client is interested in Supply Chain experience, Dynamics 365 and incentives experience !!! Sr. Data Analyst is needed for client's digital transformation initiative. The role will be responsible to develop an understanding of the client's business and department processes in order to provide data analysis, highlight insights, document data requirements and recommend solutions/improvements that enable the department to operate more efficiently and improve performance. This position will help oversee how changes are implemented regarding data, to help identify and troubleshoot issues during the build process. Responsibilities: Capture entity and relationship from business operations. Capture data states as entities move through a business process. Identify and document data requirements. Document key terms and definitions within a department or business process for data governance. Comprehend cross-functional data needs, and present/articulate findings to an internal and external audience. Provide input to report disposition/development projects to improve the efficiency of data analysis. Work with business and IT partners to conclude the best solutions to merge the ERP process with existing business functions Review and provide feedback on the source to target mappings based on designs. Test and troubleshoot data issues using SQL and/or reporting tools. Interact with various teams and partners to ensure alignment on all the above activities. This is a hybrid role: min 3 days in office (flexibility is needed as the contractor may be asked to come into the office for more than 3 days depending on the project need) Additional Skills: Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills Strong learning orientation and curious approach to data Requires limited supervision, able to develop a work plan for themselves, work through tasks and deliver results from a broad set of objectives. Experience with self-service tools (Ex. Tableau, Power BI) Experience with data governance, a plus. Experience with agile methodology, a plus. Understanding of vehicle supply chain environment is a plus. Understanding of automotive industry is a plus.
