The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the application, and managing a team of testers. Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications Working Multi-Module and Multi-Vendor Environment Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with both manual and automated testing, including the use of testing tools. Coordination of Cross-Functional Testing Development of Integrated Master Test Plan Requirements Traceability Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. Medicaid / Healthcare (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and framework (strongly preferred) State Government / Public Sector (preferred) Project / Program Management Certification (preferred) ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level or equivalent certification (preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred) JIRA Configuration and Administration (preferred) Facilitation (preferred) Education Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
