This team will need to test the details of the User Stories as well as the product as a whole. This team will build the manual test scripts with a plan in the future to automate the testing process Role on the Team: Work with Test Manager to complete testing activities Why It Will Fun: Client does not have a testing organization, so this team, along with the Test Manager, will create the testing practice for the company.
