Manufacturing and SCM Analyse current and future state business processes and ability to do gap and fitment analysis Complete Business Requirements Document Construct business process models/Blue Print Perform stakeholder interviewing/workshops to understand current process and gather requirements Map requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customization Apply requirements elicitation techniques such as scenarios/use cases, prototyping and workshops as required Application setup and Configuration Prepare High level design/Specifications for customization(Process, Reports, Workflow and Integrations) ============================================================================ Role: Java Architect With Kafka and PCF Job Location: Remote 12 to 15 years of experience in Java, core java and advance java concepts and technologies. Software development experience. Hands on experience in Kafka Connect and Kafka messaging event streams. Must have experience in Java (Spring Boot). No SQL DB for eg: Cassandra. MongoDB and a solid understanding of when to use what. Expertise in OpenShift Kubernetes. Expertise in non-relational document database. Expert in profiling the codebase. Experience in managing complete software development process from conception to deployment. Strong communication skills and participates actively in discussions with business customers, architects, and the team members. Knowledge about AWS. Experience on Micro Services. ================================================================================= Role: Windchill Architect Job Location: Renton, WA (Day one onsite) 10 years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization. Strong proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.). Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info*Engine. Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Experience with Windchill upgrades and system administration. ============================================================================ Role: Windchill Data Migration Architect (PLM Windchill Data Migration using WBM) Job Location: Remote Hands-on experience as Data Migration Architect with PLM Enterprise Systems, mainly Windchill and Thingworx. Has strong experience as a Solution Architect as well for Windchill and Thingworx applications. Strong Experience in UDI and other Medical Devices aspects. Strong Experience in Medical Devices Industry with deep insights into regulatory, change control, compliances, and other nuggets. Has done windchill migrations on cloud as a target system. While being hands-on for Migration on Windchill PLM, the person also can help with data migration strategies; also show and tell the customer on best practices and strategies. Strong hands-on with data migration and has handled large business transformation programs. Has worked directly with onsite and offshore teams from execution standpoint.
