Project management, complete project cycle from analysis, architecture and design, through development and deployment. Managing programs to successful completion on time and on - schedule with excellent quality. Different Domains, especially retail, logistics/Supply Chain, etc. Automated solution for new distribution centers, integrating technology and MHE to optimize operations, . Implemented WMOS, WES systems and automated workflows to meet operational needs and improved warehouse productivity and automation. Experience working with several WMOS vendors Manhattan, COFE and integrating to host systems (ERP systems) Software projects from requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization/ product planning, assessing customer needs Efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Offering analytical problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills. Abilities in Agile project management Strong understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle including requirement analysis, system design, development, Implementation, and support. Launch of new distribution centers, implementing end-to-end automation solutions utilizing cutting-edge technology and material handling equipment (MHE) Thorough experience in estimating project costs, prepare budget recommendations, monitor, and report project performance to executive committee.
