Business Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the clients business processes, challenges, and objectives to identify potential SAP solution alignments. Opportunity Pipeline: Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of SAP-related opportunities, from initial identification through to proposal and closure. Thought Leadership: Position Client as a thought leader in SAP solutions, sharing insights, trends, and best practices with the client to address their specific challenges. Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients, both proactively and reactively, to discuss their SAP challenges and present Client as the preferred solution provider. Solution Development: Work closely with the Client delivery and solutions teams to ensure the proposals meet the clients needs and are aligned with Clients capabilities. ============================================================================= Role: Windchill Data Migration Architect (PLM Windchill Data Migration using WBM) Job Location: Remote Experience Level: 15+ years Hands-on experience as Data Migration Architect with PLM Enterprise Systems, mainly Windchill and Thingworx. Has strong experience as a Solution Architect as well for Windchill and Thingworx applications. Strong Experience in UDI and other Medical Devices aspects. Strong Experience in Medical Devices Industry with deep insights into regulatory, change control, compliances, and other nuggets. Has done windchill migrations on cloud as a target system. While being hands-on for Migration on Windchill PLM, the person also can help with data migration strategies; also show and tell the customer on best practices and strategies. Strong hands-on with data migration and has handled large business transformation programs. Has worked directly with onsite and offshore teams from execution standpoint. Should be expert in Windchill Migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) - at least have executed 3-4 Windchill migration project using WBM Should be expert in WBM tool execution (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) Experience in data migration including CAD Data migration Experience in at least one non-Windchill to Windchill data migration Should have good understanding of Windchill Architecture, database etc. Should have good understanding of Windchill object models, relationships, content Should have experience on working with Customer for Migration Requirements Gathering, Source Data Analysis and Data Mapping Scripting Knowledge on Database - Oracle/SQL Server with large data set analysis ============================================================================= Role: Infor CSI Functional Consultant Job Location: Renton, WA Having strong analytical reasoning to understand end users requirements and able to differentiate between desired and required user needs.
