| Hi, Greetings! We are having an urgent requirement for POS TESTER with our client. Exp:- 9+ Please find the job description below. Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Test Automation Payment /certification testing Experience testing various POS functionalities Mandatory if Applicable Domain Experience (If any ) Retail Preferred Must have Certifications No Prior UST experience N If Yes provide dates , details of account/project Test and validate point-of-sale (POS) software applications across multiple platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile, to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Perform manual testing of POS software features and functionalities, including transaction processing, inventory management, payment processing, and reporting. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, business analysts, and customer support representatives, to ensure alignment on product requirements and quality standards. Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to provide input on testability, usability, and quality aspects of POS software features. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to point-of-sale systems and software testing methodologies.
