| Business Analysis FAST Configuration Lead Location: Hybrid- Must be from NYC area Duration: 6+ months Mandatory Skills: Must Have 5+ Years experience with Life and Annuity implementation, enhancement, product development on the FAST Policy Administration System. Extensive FAST Configuration expertise and leadership Coordination of complete solutions across teams and systems FAST Configuration, Integration, FAST Core Changes. Team Leadership, coaching, and configuration design review. Set and maintain configuration standards and best practices. Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required. Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required. Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is required. Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers. Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellence in problem solving, understanding the big picture and a focus on details.
