Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance. Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance preferred.
