As the most senior QA/SDET on the team, you will lead the QA efforts and be instrumental in building and shaping the QA/SDET team from scratch. This is a unique opportunity for an influential individual contributor to make a significant impact by establishing QA processes, implementing automation strategies, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: QA Leadership: Function as the QA Lead, responsible for leading and guiding the QA/SDET team in all aspects of the QA lifecycle. Team Building: Build a full QA/SDET team from the ground up, including hiring, training, and mentoring QA/SDET engineers. Automation Strategy: Determine and implement a comprehensive QA/Automation plan for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and migration project, emphasizing automation and efficiency. Requirements Analysis: Analyze complex business and systems requirements to provide testing and automation solutions that meet system and user requirements. Integration Testing: Test and integrate with backend systems, publishers, and partner teams to ensure the platform delivers required functionality and service. Scalability and Availability: Focus on modernizing the platform to achieve significantly higher scalability and availability, ensuring it meets the organization's goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders as a core member and technical leader of a scrum team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Extensive experience (7+ years) in QA/SDET roles, with a focus on Salesforce platforms. Proven experience leading QA efforts and building QA teams from scratch. Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and migration projects. Proficiency in developing and executing automation strategies using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and provide effective testing solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
