The selected Scrum Product Owner will be working with the scrum team, scrum master, external and internal project stakeholders, and management team on their AI/ML Product development effort. In order to fill the role the Hiring Manager is seeking a Scrum Professional that has demonstrated experience including: - Business savviness and ability to discover the potential business and product opportunities - Experience with product roadmaps development and influencing key stake holders for buy in on business priorities - Experience with managing the creation and grooming of user stories and defining acceptance criteria in Scrum - Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop Epics, User Stories etc. and prioritize them. - Support development of product vision and Product roadmap. - Lead Agile grooming sessions on all product user stories. Ensure team has a prioritized story backlog for every sprint - Managing the creation and grooming of user stories and defining acceptance criteria in Scrum. - Lead Release planning / Support Sprint Planning / Accept stories on behalf of customer. - Make timely feature decisions on behalf of the customer, so the delivery teams can act on those. - Support product evolution by engaging all stakeholders and sponsors, documentation of future state requirements, development of a Product vision/roadmap for the future, and aligning stakeholders on the path ahead. - Work very closely with Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Manager and the Scrum team to support seamless and efficient flow of work.
