The Onboarding Trainer is a member of Global Enablement and is a passionate learning professional. This trainer focuses on delivering New Hire Onboarding training courses to welcome our new hires in the sales development organization. This individual works closely with the Global Enablement Manager and to ensure that new hires have the best onboarding experience and learn the company Way to be productive in their roles quickly. Their deep background in training delivery allows them to execute each session seamlessly to ensure they run on time with high energy. Must have skills for this role: 4+ years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience and event management, in a mid-to-large-sized organization. Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level. Strong communication skills and attention to detail Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
