Job Title: Data Integrate Engineer Location: McLean, VA Day1 Onsite Experience: 4-7 Years Key Responsibilities: Utilize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to design and develop robust data integration solutions. Leverage Abinitio, Alteryx, and other ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Implement BI (Business Intelligence) solutions using Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Warehouse Builder, SAP HANA, or Oracle BI Enterprise Edition. Ensure data quality and governance through the use of tools like Collibra and Informatica Metadata Manager. Design and optimize data models for efficient storage and retrieval. Work with Denodo and other data virtualization platforms to provide unified views of data across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct ETL testing using DataStage, Talend, or other relevant tools to validate the accuracy and reliability of data pipelines. Perform performance tuning and optimization of databases and ETL processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4-7 years of hands-on experience with data engineering and ETL processes. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Experience with one or more of the following technologies: SSIS, Abinitio, Alteryx, Oracle Data Integrator, SAP HANA, Oracle BI Enterprise Edition, Collibra, Informatica Metadata Manager, Denodo, Greenplum, IBM DataStage, Teradata, Talend, Pentaho, Netezza, SAP BPC, SAP Business Warehouse/HANA. Familiarity with ETL testing tools and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
