Provide support for major incident response including mitigation actions to contain activity. Prepare reports, Presentations and response procedure which need to communicate for information security team of client. Analyze and make recommendations to improve network architecture with client engineering team. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Candidate should lead project and manage client escalations. Candidate should manage team member with technical and non technical challenges. Dedicated work ethic and he should manage ITIL process. Strong work prioritization and planning skills. He should function with Risk management. Strong decision making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one. Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal to interact with client.
