Position : Business Analysis Location : (Hybrid) Duration : 6 months C2C Interview : Video Description: Business Analysis FAST Hybrid need to be in the office 1-2 days/week (Must be from NYC area) High High PC Level Product Configuration 5+ years leading product design and configuration on FAST in Life and/or Annuities Must have experience with Life or Annuity implementation and enhancements on the FAST Policy Administration System About the Job: This role will focus on implementing business and technical requirements through the configuration of the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS). As Business Analyst and Configuration Lead, you will closely partner with system vendor and client subject matter experts to determine the best configuration options to satisfy requirements and to bring value to our clients. You bring insurance expertise in Service and Operations and Product to bear through configuration changes and a deep understanding of PAS functionality. We leverage deep insurance expertise, creative problem solving, and a foundation of high quality, experienced business analysis to reduce risk and provide value to our client partners. This work is critical in realizing the value of transformational and modernization efforts. What Youll Get to Do: Using techniques from a range of disciplines, including computer programming, insurance product development, and business process design and optimization, you will help implement and enhance the FAST PAS to support and bring value to Capco insurance clients. Continue to develop and grow your experience with configuring FASTs PAS while solving complex problems for Capcos insurance clients. Provide leadership and coaching while ensuring the team adheres to standards and best practices for FAST configuration. Support the importance of efficient and effective business processes, data integrity and quality, as well as standards and consistency. Provide clear communications on status, risks, issues, and timelines for implementation. Collaborate with Capco and client insurance operations and product experts to ensure requirements are understood along with the implications of key decisions on the ongoing servicing. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to understand and implement solutions and configuration changes to support technical requirements and processing. Provide solution options and recommendations by thinking through processes, issues, risks, and service goals. You will provide insights into trade-offs between tactical and strategic solution options while recommending solutions. What youll bring with You: 5+ Years experience with Life and Annuity implementation, enhancement, product development on the FAST Policy Administration System. Extensive FAST Configuration expertise and leadership Coordination of complete solutions across teams and systems FAST Configuration, Integration, FAST Core Changes. Team Leadership, coaching, and configuration design review. Set and maintain configuration standards and best practices. Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required. Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required. Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is required. Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers. Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellence in problem solving, understanding the big picture and a focus on details.
