| From: Rajiv Sharma, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP Financial Planning & Analytics Implementation Manager Location: Remote with 20% annual travel to Bay Area California (onsite presence for 2 weeks in a row during deployment stages) Language Skills: Conversational English / Spanish Desirable Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Financial Planning & Analytics Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of the client's SAP Analytics Cloud Financial Planning template. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing application testing, identifying Fit/Gaps, and working out solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance and Controlling, along with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud. Additionally, a passion for planning, forecasting, and analytics, coupled with an agile mindset and hands-on mentality, will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage the deployment of the client's SAP Analytics Cloud Financial Planning template Coordinate and execute application testing (SAT/DET) and identify Fit/Gaps Work out solutions to overcome gaps and meet business requirements Ensure communication and alignment on proposed solutions between client's global teams before Design Authority (DA) consultation Continuously optimize processes based on input collected throughout workshops and close collaboration with different Finance and business stakeholder groups Train super users and support end user training Ensure application of Event Driven Planning (EDP) concepts and One Finance thinking Continuously monitor newest system features and integrate them into processes if valuable Who You Are: Passionate about planning, forecasting, and analytics with previous experience in this area Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud Strong Finance and Controlling background Exposure to or interest in AI (Artificial Intelligence) Self-driven with a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working and pilot new areas and capabilities Proven ability to manage and drive projects, with strong project management skills Agile mindset and hands-on mentality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-group collaboration skills Conceptual thinker with strong business acumen and customer orientation, with proven ability to effectively drive for results in a matrix organization Permanently optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards Spanish language skills preferable Keywords: artificial intelligence SAP Financial Planning & Analytics Implementation Manager || Remote with 20% annual travel to Bay Area California [email protected] |
