Coach and mentor the development team on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress and productivity. Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders. Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and follows established processes and guidelines. Track and report on project progress, velocity, and performance metrics. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define project requirements. Continuously improve Agile processes and practices through feedback and retrospection. Lead by example, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Agile tools and practices, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban boards. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
