JD- Role Description: Senior Workday Integration Specialist/Programmer AnalystCurrently seeking an experienced Workday integration specialist to join the HR Systems Workday product team who is an expert in Workday integration development and configuration of Workday business process solutions. Requires deep expertise in Workday module set up and related integration development. The resource will join a team of developers and configurators to design, program, test, implement and document complex computing solutions. The resource will write and compile complex code based on the documented design that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications. The resource will perform modifications or system upgrades to maintain functionality and performance, identify and recommend improvements, and resolve complex programming problems.Primary Responsibilities: Use Workday expertise and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, develop, test and implement Workday integration solutions between new/existing systems, both internal and external, based on business requirements and industry standards Demonstrate leadership and ability to work collaboratively and independently to deliver work product in an Agile software delivery environment Deliver on-going production support for integrations, including testing during Workday bi-annual releases Develop, support, and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components for Boeings Workday solution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSON Document solutions and processes, establish and deploy best practices/standards Conduct functional analysis to gather, evaluate, and create end user requirements.
