JOB TITLE: Oracle Cloud Testing Lead DURATION 12-month CTH LOCATION : Hybrid - Marietta, GA Need writeup of below questions: How many years of Oracle Cloud How many years of Oracle Testing Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Testing Lead to play a critical role in our upcoming Oracle Cloud project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle testing, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the contract period. The role will involve working closely with our Senior Director and other team members to ensure the successful implementation and testing of Oracle Cloud solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in software testing, with a focus on Oracle applications. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud testing, including Finance, Supply Chain, OTM, and MDM modules. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or Zephyr. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud test automation tools (e.g., Oracle Application Testing Suite). Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or supply chain management (SCM) processes. Previous experience working in a hybrid model with both contractors and full-time employees. Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for our Oracle Cloud project, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure thorough coverage of all functional areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. Perform manual and automated testing of Oracle Cloud applications, identifying and documenting defects as needed. Work closely with developers and functional consultants to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and other testing phases as required. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and contractors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
