Please check the below detailed job description. Role: Senior Software Engineer Ruby Location: Remote Primary Responsibilities: Develop large projects with minimal guidance. Implement scalable and resilient solutions using high performance, reliable and maintainable code. Perform unit and functional testing of all work done. Document all work done Develop core software functionality for the companys flagship software technologies. Teach other team members about software development approaches with emphasis on writing robust, efficient, maintainable code. Support and coordinate with other team members in the department. Assist Quality Analysts in devising and executing test plans. Assist Business Analysts in understanding business and system requirements to fine tune specifications. Design and develop knowledge representations for managing our data. Develop critical requirements that will support the companys operations and business units from a software technology standpoint. Drive root cause resolution to reduce future incidents following best practices. Explore a large codebase to determine how existing code should evolve to meet new requirements. Investigate problems that are not yet well understood and propose solutions.
