| From: Javed, Innowox [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position : Senior Genesys Test Engineer Location : San Antonio, Texas (Onsite) Experience : 12+ Years Job Roles & Responsibilities: * Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting. * For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test Asset Maintenance (manual and automated). Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira. * Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents. * Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies. * Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. * Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest ) * Prefer experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing. * Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle. * Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. * Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business. * Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
