Support- HP equipment's/ HW/SW OUR BACKFILL - seeking Administrator who has worked on backend involved in configuration and integration for provisioning using IAM tool SAviant, for access and governance that ties into AD ,Microsoft 365 online SharePoint and other systems , will have exp with built in customizations for the backend as to tuning and configuration. ask if they have ITL exp or cert.as huge + WE had to release candidate manager said he has not hit the ground running as he needs He had high hopes for him as he is a good guy but he has not Ramped up ..has been evident.little execution lack of questionshe was given knowledge transfer and documentation from the ADMIN who he was teamed up with has been on . Meetings and they are looking for suggestions, better processes , best practices and he does not engage He is over his head they feel. Hermes mentioned he did not show up to some meetings HE needs someone already operationalengaging with team and opportunities He was ready to give him tasks but him and Lead feel he is just not as strong as they need Comments: Overview The Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management and support of equipment/software by ensuring the environment(s) are patched, right sized and available for the business. The Administrator will partner with peer administrative teams to maintain standards, gold images, environment documentation and configuration management. Also, responsible for proactively monitoring of system capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid negative business impact. The Administrator provides support for the environments they support.
