Job Role: Data Scientist Location: Remote Visa: No H1B & OPT Duration: 6+ Months Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science Consultant with expertise in A/B testing to lead initiatives for our esteemed healthcare client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize key business metrics and inform strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead A/B testing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimization. Utilize strong SQL, Python, or R skills to perform effective querying across multiple tables and subqueries, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets. Develop and maintain health data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that facilitate data-driven decision-making and drive business growth. Apply advanced statistical modeling techniques to analyze experimental data and draw actionable conclusions, ensuring the validity and reliability of experimental results. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling oral and written presentations, effectively translating technical insights into actionable business strategies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in A/B testing methodologies, continuously enhancing expertise and contributing to the advancement of the field. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data science, with a focus on A/B testing and experimental design. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with the ability to write complex queries and manipulate large datasets. Experience with SQL and BI tooling (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling techniques and experimental design, with hands-on experience in implementing A/B tests in a product analytics capacity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive tangible business outcomes.
