Pharma, Commercial IT/Patient Services Experience Salesforce CRM, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Middleware integration software such as Boomi, MuleSoft, etc. Data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, etc. Responsibilities Serve as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment of objectives for seamless project execution. Ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of technical implementation projects, complete with all necessary deliverables and artifacts. Proactively provide updates on project status, anticipate potential challenges, and effectively communicate dependencies, issues, and risks to all relevant parties. Oversee third-party staff from managed service providers to: o Collect comprehensive business and functional requirements. o Develop detailed project plans and provide accurate cost estimates. o Technically develop and thoroughly test solutions. o Ensure that project goals and value propositions are met, aligning with initial estimates.
