Job Description: Position includes development of solutions, hands-on coding, content authoring, performing testing and administration of web application platforms using Adobe's AEM product suite, including Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Manager (DAM) in the field of Digital Marketing and Content Management. The position will report into a Collateral Automation lead within Marketing Technology and collaborate with the business users, business analysts, developers, testing and support teams. Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, development, enhancement, triage, and debugging of web application platforms using Adobe's AEM product suite. Ensuring that all key technical requirements are identified, estimated, designed, documented, implemented and integration tested. Producing detailed technical specifications based on business requirements documents. Ensuring that consistent design patterns, methodologies, and design documentation are maintained across all your development projects. Performing and supporting technical & design reviews of your own and other projects. Working closely with the Business Analysts, Testing, and Support teams to ensure all technical requirements for new projects are captured, designed, and developed according to those requirements. Ensuring urgent user issues are resolved through triaging, troubleshooting, and quickly applying solutions to any identified problems. Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that are coupled with strong communication; anticipates issues and deals with them proactively. Demonstrates a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach to developing and deploying solutions that best benefit the business. Strong interpersonal skills and good team spirit is required in addition to proficiency in verbal and written business communication. Primary Skills: We are looking for a passionate technologist who is ready to learn and experiment with a wide range of technologies. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, with 6 to 8 years of professional development experience, and at least 4+ years of Financial Services industry experience. Robust web design experience to include back-end and/or front-end development within AEM. Expert-level experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, AEM as a cloud service experience preferred. Deep knowledge of AEM Core components like OSGI, JCR, CRXDE, Jackrabbit Oak, Apache Sling, Dispatcher, Workflows. Expert-level experience in defining multi-site, multi-lingual, template & components, automated workflows, Digital Asset Management, and Tag management. Expert-level experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM as a cloud service is required. Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and AEP is a huge plus. Expert-level experience in web technologies across client/server-side (JS, CSS, HTML5), web infrastructure including web/app server/load balancing etc., caching/compression/security over web, content distribution network, web usage analytics. Expert-level experience in Java (8 or above) and object-oriented design and development. Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture/RESTful services. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM). Excellent problem-solving skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements. Collaborates with Tech team members as well business stakeholders to understand requirements, application solution, development, testing and rollout.
