Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant Client: Cognizant Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience in modules: Time and Labor and Core HR Writing Complex fast formulas for Time and Labor, Core HR Modules as per the business need. Design, develop, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flex fields, modifying fast formulas. Performing PBL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HCM Data Loaders. Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM T&L and Core HR modules Ability design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule in Agile/Scrum development methodologies using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance and reliability, at varying levels of complexity. Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager. Deep Experience on Time and Labor, Core HR related business processes. Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security. Knowledge in Data Masking (Desirable). Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application Experience in SharePoint Online is an added advantage. Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models.
