Have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management. Real world experience in the following areas: o Salesforce CRM, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. o Middleware integration software such as Boomi, Mulesoft, etc. o Data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, etc. o Pharmaceutical commercial data sets, including hub data and specialty pharmacy data.
