The Contractor will drive tangible results by working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, understand and implement the learning strategy. Contractor will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading efforts to constantly and consistently improve the organizations processes and communications. Contractor will anticipate and understand the needs of others and proactively take on new challenges to support business needs. The Contractor will strategically think about the long term implications of different decisions. The Contractor will be dedicated to become an expert with the tools to leverage them effectively.
