Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Experience Level 5-10 years Skills & Job ResponsibilitiesGood understanding of relational databases and proficiency in writing queries (SQL and PL SQL) Experience with incident management, leading both on and off-hours ad hoc support teams Experience supporting complex applications.
