A database administrator's responsibilities can include the following tasks: Perform installations and upgrades of PostgreSQL (Preferably PPAS 9.4+) Plan and perform DB Patching. Knowledge of Database backups / Troubleshoot failures, query execution plans, performance tuning techniques Define maintenance plans.
