| Title Messaging DNS engineer Job Description: 5+ years experience managing an enterprise Exchange environment. 5+ years experience managing external DNS and Microsoft DNS in an enterprise. Requirements: Ability and willingness to work in a 24*7*365 environment Excellent communication skills Ability to lead when required and provide guidance on project engagements Enterprise Exchange system engineering experience (Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Scripting experience: Powershell, Python, RESTful API Experience using a helpdesk or IT incident management software (Service Now) Excellent knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Customer focused on timely issue resolution in a team oriented environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking / problem-solving, and the ability to debug complex-cross systems problems, and document root cause including remediation.
