The Test Manager presents an aggregated view of testing to the higher management. They are also the escalation point for the testers. The Test Manager also has to make the right tools available for the testing team. Experience working in banking domain cards/payments platform. (Required) Experience in testing ISO 8583 standard and Transaction processing. (Required) Minimum 8 years formal experience. Strong test leadership background. Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience. Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA). Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest). Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting. Experience in authoring test cases in Gherkin.
