Role: Support (Customer Experience) Engineer

Location: Raleigh, USA Onsite

Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for FBOSS (Facebook Open Switching System) software and related network infrastructure components.
Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of FBOSS features.
Perform in-depth analysis of bugs to accurately triage and prioritize issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in testing in the networking domain.
Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, LLDP, ACL, SNMP), routing, and switching technologies.
Experience with FBOSS or similar network operating systems (NOS) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
