We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title: SAP Functional + Automation Lead Work Location: Austin, TX 78753 & Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (day one Onsite) Duration: Long Term Must Have: Strong SAP Functional Experience Solid hand on experience on Automation Prior Apple experience Must For Apple experience, please share their Apple Manager reference details Valid LinkedIn Profiles Responsibilities & Deliverables: Assess current status of Automation readiness for current project Workplan and current status of execution Tool strategy and use cases (scenarios/processes Automation tools usage and as-is coverage Ongoing automation activities Follow up activities that need to be performed to refine and drive automation readiness activities Existing automation framework and intake process Drive follow up activities related to automation readiness: Lead the automation track to execute automation deliverables in integration with client team POCs with multiple tool & client SME's Coordinate process scenarios definition with client SMEs to enable POCs Create approach documents to drive POCs with IT and Biz teams Track follow up actions weekly to track readiness prep activities Work with tool owners to drive automation activity with engineers and client SMEs Work with tool owners to create a license model for scope and scale of test executions Define scope of test automation for every use case (Scenarios, tools, integrations, What will be automated and What will not be) Create estimation model for all tools/use cases and come up with estimation approach and framework Create automation timeline, milestones and activities and track progress consistently Define roles and responsibilities for automation and track deliverables with all stakeholders and follow up to ensure deliverables are met Coordinate with other horizontal data tracks (Scope management, Data, Environment, Tools, Reporting, Defect management, Process and templates) to ensure automation requirements, deliverables are integrated holistically Best practices & Guidelines: Identify improvement opportunities, define automation guidelines, limitations aligned to leading practices. Define automation metrics, templates, SLAs, and reporting process.
