The consultant should have experience with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals (printers and scanners). The consultant should also be organized, detail oriented and have basic troubleshooting skills during work. Meanwhile, it is highly required to have communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users with step-by-step solutions to resolve an issue. Other skills required of the consultant are proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows 10 Enterprise environment. Optional skills include but are not limited to, familiarity with Avamar, Cisco Jabber, Ivantis LANDESK and MobileIron, Trellix, and Symantec. It is also preferred of the consultant to have basic language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) but it is not required.
