Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks. Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebase using Ruby on Rails, React and Redux, HAML, and Clojure. Implement and maintain testing frameworks such as RSpec for Ruby, Jest for React, and TestCafe for end-to-end testing. Manage DevOps processes and pipelines using Git, JIRA, BuildKite for CI/CD pipeline, and Sidekiq for backend jobs. Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments. Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions. Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing applications.
