Title : Data Analyst / Data Modeler Location : 100% REMOTE Duration : 8+ Months Contract Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description Background: Help build cloud-based solutions for data ingestion, management, and extraction to clients customers. Continue to build out our Azure Data Platform to provide the data needs of our customers by ingesting the necessary data to enable their operational goals. Key Experience(s): 3-5 years experience as a Data Analyst and Data Modeler in data lake/data lakehouse/data warehouse environment, including: Data quality/data profiling Investigating data anomalies Metadata management/data dictionaries Source-to-Target definitions Business requirements to data requirements translation Dimensional data modeling experience, including experience with modeling slowly changing dimensions Power BI experience a plus Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA , considered a plus Previous experience with DB2 a plus Experience with Databricks is a plus Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit, considered a plus Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Ability to piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): Data modeling tools (Toad preferred) SQL and/or Python Power BI Azure cloud ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Analyze data to support operational and strategic advancements across the organization.
