The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft development, with expertise in various PeopleSoft modules and technologies. As a PeopleSoft Technical Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our business processes. Responsibilities: Design, develop, modify, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and other PeopleSoft development tools. Customize PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain Management, and CRM. Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and fixes as needed. Document technical designs, code changes, and configuration updates. Stay current with PeopleSoft technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and other PeopleSoft development tools. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain Management, or CRM. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, data structures, and integration points. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
