Role: AML Consultant Location: Onsite- NYC, NY Length: Long term Job Description The resources must have a background in Assurance Testing or Audit, AFC generally, regulatory remediation, policy and procedures and / or tech and data would be valuable. BSA AML experience, Affiliates The range of resources would be from Consultant through to Principal consultant. The team is charged with reviewing a combination of reviewing / testing and remediation / remediation planning for key USD Affiliates. The teams are made up of a combination of 1LoD and 2LoD team members, with a focus on Sanctions and AML. Our Compliance Testing & Assurance team manages the reviews and the task force supports in a number of ways, including: Pre-review and data gathering from each affiliate; Review of evidence and supporting data provided prior to the visit; On-site visits to review information, remediate the immediate items, and build remediation plans with the affiliate; and, Help read-across to other Affiliates.
