| Role- Lead Salesforce Operations Consultant Location- Richardson, TX (Hybrid) Duration- 7+ month Visa- No H1B, Opt, Cpt Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree 5+ years of recent Project Management & Requirements gathering experience 3+ years of recent Process Management/Improvement & Training Experience Experience with creating and assigning Salesforce cases, Providing training to team members and members of other teams on how to work PEAQ cases in Salesforce. Experience with maintaining training documentation, coordination of trainings, access request to needed software, etc. & use FAQs and canned reporting to respond to inquiries and reconsiderations requested by Providers. Experience with creating and maintaining "at a glance dashboard reporting" that will enable upper-level leadership to understand operational dispositions. Experience as a lead coordination consultant for operational and/or project work assigned and partner with the other teams to assign Salesforce cases. Will create workflow and process documentation. Advanced leadership skills, advanced communication skills to enable communication up and down a leadership chain, advanced project management skills, and advanced operational execution skills.
