From: Nasir, incorporaninc.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Professionals, Position: Business Analyst\\Health Care Domain Location: Morrisville , NC Duration: 1 Year SUMMARY: Participate in day-to-day business discussions with key stakeholders and customers (external and internal) regarding declared and undeclared needs. Captures and documents those needs and user requirements, ability to write a user story for development. Collaborate with internal development team on new business initiatives, gather and translate requirements, and be involved in the technical development of reporting needs. Assess risk and provide proactive messaging along with potential solutions. Support QA/UAT processes including ability to create and review business test cases and assist users in testing. Partner with customers and stakeholders on clear expectations for project delivery including their role in clear, defined requirements. Capture feedback and recontract with the stakeholders as required. Assist in management of project updates with local and offshore development team. Participate and manage daily project updates and project coordination activities. Ensure products and applications in development meet needs of end users, respond to queries from users. Perform data analysis, testing and reporting. Locate issues before they arise for user; tie back initial requirements and goals for all involved stakeholders. Assist with communication between the developers and end business and/or customer users. REQUIREMENTS: Minimal 4-5 full cycle implementation experience (SDLC) in BI / Analytics based projects in the Biopharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sector. Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies. Communicate in clear, concise manner; translate requirements pending the audience. Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams on product and business use cases. Experience converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics and user stories with acceptance criteria. Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements; measure and communicate proposed project benefits Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to engage both onshore and offshore teams as well as customers to achieve target outcomes Good technical understanding including Architecture, Data Analytics and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Maintenance. Excellent written and verbal communications. Self-starter, proactive, strong-business acumen, excellent follow-through. Added advantage if experienced in Finance/Accounting or HRIS areas within healthcare. Technical skills: SQL, some BI tools, the ability to learn client proprietary technology.
