MUST BE SFDC Service Cloud Certified!! 

Must Have Qualifications:

    Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are required. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable.

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, including hands-on experience with solution design, configuration, customization, and integration.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.

    Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

    Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    Client Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to meet our clients' business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop technical strategies, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1.    Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

2.    Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.

3.    Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including knowledge management, case management, Omni-channel routing, and integration with other systems.

4.    Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities to meet specific business needs, utilizing declarative tools and custom development when necessary.

5.    Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

6.    Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.

7.    Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.

8.    Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building consensus and driving alignment.

9.    Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
