They would need 2 trainers for this training. That is why we are looking for Senior Functional Maximo Analyst to have training experience. Notes from the manager : 1) We need individuals who can assist with training and possess a broader skill set to interface effectively with end users. 2) Supporting training initiatives, which are integral to our current project needs. 3) Training team focused on building user guides and curriculum content. Responsibilities: Provide expert functional support for Maximo software, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Maximo users, ensuring efficient utilization of the system and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user training needs and create tailored training materials. Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Stay updated on the latest developments in Maximo software and incorporate relevant updates into training materials. Act as a subject matter expert on Maximo functionality, assisting users with complex issues and providing guidance on system optimization. Document processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability of training programs. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training, addressing any questions or concerns that arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of [10] years of experience as a Functional Maximo Analyst, with a focus on providing training and support. Strong understanding of Maximo software functionality, including configuration, workflows, and data management. Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs for software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Certification in Maximo or relevant training credentials preferred.
