Hands-on Experience in Scripting/Programming languages like Python, Shell scripting Strong Problem Solving & Troubleshooting skills. Strong Written/Verbal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. (For Senior leads/architects) Ability to explore new challenging problems and areas in Compute Infrastructure, Distributed Systems etc. Ability to design scalable solutions and technically lead a team of engineers on a project/system.
