Key responsibilities: Audit digital products to uncover content issues (on screen names, labels, messages, etc) Ensure consistent formatting, style, and tone across all products Audit existing inconsistencies and identify need and standardize language for patterns such as: screen names, labels, messages, calls to action, calibration, notifications/alerts, error messaging, abbreviations, capitalizations, sublanguage and formatting.
