Modules Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules. Oracle Cloud Experience is must Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL. Experience in HDL, Fast-formulas, Extracts and OTBI Reports. Experience in Custom BI Reports and performance turning of BI Reports is highly desirable. Implementation experience of Fusion Cloud relevant of 3 to 4Years nice to have. Experience working in onsite/offshore model w/ experience working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines. Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for DataMigration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts. Good understanding of HCM Business Processes Strong expertise in relevant tools/technologies. Experience with Infolets and Dashboards along with BIP would be nice. Knowledge and/or Experience in VBCS preferred. Experience in Cloud Security Roles is required. Experience with ticketing system like Service Now, JIRA, etc. Working with end customer. Reviewing incidents/enhancements and providing solutions for issues. Experience working with Oracle Support for Production issues.
