Years Required/Preferred Experience 10 Required Expert translation of business requirements into technical specifications and document business needs to technical specifications. 8 Required Advanced Excel skills and specific experience with developing complex workbooks with many linked sheets, weighted scoring roll-ups. 6 Required Advanced BI dashboard build-outs, administration, and enhancements to all products created. Advanced data source administration that feeds the BI solution (SQL). 4 Required Workflow experience developing SharePoint workflows and PowerAutomate workflows, debugging, servicing, and production support of the workflows. Adv SharePoint functions like polling, report building, dynamic data pulls and scripted or automated functions. 4 Required Developing, building, and deploying databases and data analytics platforms. 4 Required Transitioning financial and operational management data and reports from Excel to Powerbait. 4 Required Writing queries; and integrating Power BI reports into other applications as needed. 4 Required Technical and business analyst experience, including development and working with staff to create and implement Procedures. 4 Required Experience extracting and analyzing data from large, complex applications. 4 Required BSc/BA in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or relevant field. 1 Required Experience with Federal, State, or Local government data reporting; with strong understanding of state government.
