Apply contextual knowledge to deliver the most relevant solutions that fit Customers unique needs. Work with Project/Business teams to understand the scenarios. Healthcare Data knowledge is a must. Create data from front end, files, UI (automation scripts in selenium), GUI etc. Data flow and dependency analysis across applications, products and product lines Understand application data. Get data from upstream systems as needed. Mentor and coach team members and set them up with training and processes to iterate and deliver data solutions efficiently. Possess working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases. Manages multiple projects, professional/technical staff, and other related activities of the area. Understand the end-to-end data flow and provides the data integrated solutions for the customers. Understand different data technologies, databases, interaction across data systems, mainframe interaction vs distributed. Enhance data generation/creation capabilities. Technical capabilities in python, Java Selenium automation for front end Masking of data using Informatica TDMETL knowledge Desirable Skills: Domain Healthcare Payer Experience TDM Tools Informatica TDM or any other TDM tool Good to Have Knowledge on automation is desirable Strong understanding data management, data flow and databases. Healthcare Data and/or Business knowledge with understanding of the terminology, concepts, and value chain Ability to work in an agile environment, in cross functional teams, delivering data in a fast-paced environment. Ability to form strong business relationships and partner across the enterprise for effective cross-functional project delivery. Demonstrate enthusiasm, influence, and innovation.
