Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Job title : Oracle ERP Cloud Data Conversion Manager Location : Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description: As a Technical Oracle ERP Cloud Data Conversion Manager, your role would encompass overseeing the conversion of data from legacy systems (Deltek Costpoint & Others) into Oracle ERP Cloud. Here are some key responsibilities and roles you might take on: Data Analysis and Mapping: Capture Business Requirement, Assumptions, Clean-up Criteria, Mapping Details, Technical Test Cases, Functional Test Cases in a Conversion Detail Design Document. Analyse data structures and formats in legacy systems and map them to corresponding structures in Oracle ERP Cloud. This involves understanding the data requirements of the ERP system and ensuring that data integrity is maintained during the conversion process. Project Management: Lead the data conversion project from initiation to completion. This involves creating project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating activities with other teams such as IT, finance, and operations. Provide a detailed day to day status reporting to Operating Committee and weekly summarized status report with risks identified to Steering Committee. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the data conversion process and develop mitigation strategies to address them. This includes managing dependencies, resolving technical issues, and minimizing disruption to business operations. Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of data conversion specialists. Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members throughout the conversion process. Technical Expertise: Understand Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities, especially functional and techno-functional knowledge on Invoice to Cash (I2C), Account to Report (A2R), Projects to Report (P2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) functionalities & modules. Have a deep understanding of tools and technologies required for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). This may include knowledge of SQL, BI (Power BI), Power Apps and other relevant technologies. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the converted data. Develop and implement data validation processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of the data conversion process, including data mapping documents, conversion scripts, and validation reports. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization in the data conversion process. This includes evaluating new tools and technologies that could enhance efficiency and accuracy. Compliance and Security: Ensure that data conversion activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data throughout the conversion process. Overall, as a Technical Oracle ERP Cloud Data Conversion Manager, your role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems (Deltek Costpoint & Others) to Oracle ERP Cloud, while maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and security.
